Secretary’s Minutes
Meeting of 6/10/10
The meeting was called to order at 7:10 p.m.
In attendance: Orval Johnson, Chairman; George Stroebel, Member; Mark Kopp,
Member; Sylvan Erickson, Secretary; Nolan Wall, Planner from Stevens Engineers
Absent: Marilyn Buckingham, Member
Guests: None
We agreed with Nolan’s suggestion to modify our Quarrying/Gravel Pit Setbacks as
described in the Memo dated June 3, 2010. We also decided to remove Quarrying/Gravel
Pit as a conditional use in Ag./Res. Districts. In addition, we decided to change to three
acres as the minimum lot size for Ag./Res. districts.
We discussed the first draft of the Zoning District Map.
We reviewed Article 4, sections A through H of the Draft Zoning Ordinance, and
modified as felt appropriate.
