Secretary’s Minutes
Meeting of 5/13/10
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.
In attendance: Orval Johnson, Chairman; George Stroebel, Member; Marilyn
Buckingham, Member; Mark Kopp, Member; Sylvan Erickson, Secretary; Nolan Wall,
Planner from Stevens Engineers; Scott Ward, Town of Garfield Engineer.
Absent: None
Guests: Ed Gullickson and approximately 15 citizens of Garfield.
A motion was made to approve the division of Toftness property on Lake Wapogasset.

Ed Gullickson introduced the committee members & Nolan Wall and stated our purpose
for meeting tonight.
Nolan led the public participation session.
The committee discussed the questions and concerns that were brought up during the
public participation session.
The minutes of April 15th, 2010 were read and approved as amended. [Mark/Orval]
These minutes were read and approved at the end of the meeting. [Mark/George]
The meeting was adjourned.
