Town of Garfield Plan Commission Secretary’s Minutes Meeting

of 12/10/09

The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.

In attendance: Orval Johnson, Chairman; Gordon Lindahl, Member; Mark Kopp,

Member; Marilyn Buckingham, Member; Ed Moersfelder, Member; Sylvan Erickson,

Secretary; Nolan Wall, Planner from Stevens Engineers.

Absent: George Stroebel, Member

There was no public comment.

We reviewed the revised Road, Driveway, Erosion Control and Stormwater Ordinance.

A motion was made to recommend that the Town Board approve the Ordinance as

amended. The amendment consisted of changing the language to require a permitting

process for renovations to existing driveways. [Ed/Marilyn]

We started the process of reviewing the proposed zoning districts concentrating on the

residential district.

These minutes were read and approved at the end of the meeting. [Ed / Gordon]

The meeting was adjourned.
