Town of Garfield

May 14, 2009

Members Present: Ed Moersfelder, George Strobel,

Gordon Lindahl, and Orval Johnson.

Also Present: Nolan Wall and Scott Ward of Stevens

Engineers.

Absent: Marilyn Buckingham and Sylvan Erickson.

Meeting called to order at 7:00 P. M.

The new members, Ed Moersfelder and George Strobel

were introduced and given a brief history of our mission

and where we are now.

Nolan Wall guided us through the draft of the plat

ordinance and the draft of the road and driveway ordinance.

A discussion was held on the pros and cons of Zoning in

the Town.

A junk ordinance for the Town was discussed but no action

taken.

Meeting was adjourned at 8:55 P.M.
