Garfield Town Board Meeting
July 9, 2019

Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Road Maintenance: Road patching is completed. Gullickson will check to see if blacktop prices have come down yet. Maintenance will be starting on Kennedy Mill road. Maintenance needs to purchase a flammable cabinet. Board agreed to purchase.
Liquor Licenses: Requested documents have not been submitted yet. Matter is postponed until documents are received. An additional operator’s license was submitted and background came back okay. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve submitted operator’s license. Carried-unanimously.
Wanderoos Junk: Gullickson stated he received a complaint about the old lumber yard in Wanderoos. Sherriff’s stated to notify them if anyone sees anything suspicious.
Other Business That May Come Before the Board: Mark Knutson presented an estimate for the park siren. Clerk will send the estimate to the Lake Association.
Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Stroebel/Gullickson to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the July 9, 2019, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Gullickson/Mork to adjourn meeting, 8:00 pm. Carried-unanimously.
