Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:35 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Road Maintenance: More work needs to be done on 143rd and Kennedy Mill. Maintenance has fixed boil spots on 90th Avenue and will be blacktopped as soon as they start making it. Potholes are being patched even though County’s patch buggies are not available to us yet.
Future Maintenance Equipment 5 Year Plan – Discussion: Matter has been tabled.
Dog Issue on 94th Avenue: A dog has bit a person on 94th Avenue. Another incident was over by Zahnow’s where a dog killed a child’s goat.
NexGen Representative on Boat Launching Fee - Discussion: Eric Brihn from NexGen inquired about multiple passes for the business. They plan on continuing renting the shelter yearly. Brihn stated that the park is very nice and has a great boat launch. Clerk will send and invoice for stickers.
Volunteer Park Work Day: Dave Nelson submitted a list of items that need to be attended to, i.e. fencing, signs, painting, and tree trimming. Gullickson wants to set a work day. Nelson wants the cleanup day before the June 1 (before the Community gathering). The cleanup day is set for Saturday, May 18 at 8:00 am. Flashing light on siren pole needs to be fixed.

Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the April 16, 2019, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to adjourn meeting, 8:15 pm. Carried-unanimously.
