Meeting called to orderby Chairman, George Stroebel, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Renewal of Loans - Discussion: Gullickson is planning on signing loan papers when Bremer calls stating that they are done. Renewal of loans was approved at last meeting.
Planning Committee Update: Dave Nelson gave update. Next meeting is December 16, 2019, to start updating ordinances. Meetings are scheduled for the third Monday of each month to get changes done.
Road Updates: 143rd had gravel hauled in to build up where the water was flooding over the road. Ditch mowing is done for the year. Snow plowing has started.
Other Business That May Come Before the Board:
Clerk stated that the election workers need to be approved for the next term 2020-2021. The following election workers are as follows: Chief Inspectors are Shirley Ganter and Shelley Budke. Election workers are JoAnn Erickson, Joyce Gullickson, Viola Nelson, Pam Norby, Sandra Stevermer and Marilyn Truhlsen. Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to approve the above names for election workers. Carried-unanimously.
Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the December 12, 2019, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to adjourn meeting, 7:16 pm. Carried-unanimously.
