Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Road Maintenance: The cost of blacktop is not coming down. Mark Knutson is looking into clay-crete process and costs. Knutson would like to see 143rd chipped sealed due to low traffic. Gullickson compared Monarch’s pricing from 2017 to current estimated amount and will see what Monarch can do to get the cost down.
Dog Issue on 94th Avenue: Discussion regarding this issue. Owner can be given citation from Sheriff’s Department. Owner must have dog vaccinated. Board discussed the Town’s Dog Ordinance. This issue will be sent to Adam Jarchow for advisement.
Liquor Licenses and Operator Licenses: Wanderoos Area Community Club, UW Wanderoos, Waterside and Miki Jo’s have submitted their renewal applications and operator licenses. Miki Jo’s was missing information and will be approved at a later date when information is submitted. Operator licenses were reviewed. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve Wanderoos Area Community Club, UW Wanderoos, and Waterside’s liquor/beer licenses and operating licenses that were submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Junk Cars: Amery Auto Salvage will come to a residence to pick up a junk car.
Other Business That May Come Before the Board: None.
Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the June 11, 2019, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to adjourn meeting, 7:55 pm. Carried-unanimously.
