Budget Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Gullickson explained the draft budget for 2017.
Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the 2017 Budget. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to adjourn Budget meeting at 7:07 pm. Carried-unanimously.
Levy Meeting called to order:
Gullickson stated the new budget of $668,760 with a levy amount of $482,321.
Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to approve the levy amount of $482,321. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to adjourn Levy meeting at 7:08 pm. Carried-unanimously.

Public Comments: None.
Board Approval of 2017 Levy/Budget: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the 2017 budget of $668,760 with a levy amount of $482,321. Carried-unanimously.
Full Assessment Department of Revenue Notice: Town and Assessor have been notified about non-compliance on the ag/forest land. The State shortened the assessment compliance cycle by one year.
Road Maintenance/Maintenance Garage: Culvert installed on Big Lake Drive. Mowing has first two rounds of mowing are done and third is in progress. Mark Knutson commented on an article about using a base stabilizer on the roads.
LP tank will be set this week. Boiler will be installed in a week and half.
Sale of Mack Truck: Town is waiting on a couple of interested parties to purchase the 2010 Mack truck. Mack dealer also has someone interested in it.
Review of Animal Husbandry Ordinance: Town will leave the Ordinance as is.
Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the November 8, 2016, Budget/Levy/Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to adjourn meeting, 7:28 pm. Carried-unanimously.
