Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Plotted Road Abandonment on Big Lake:Ed Flanum presented a Resolution to Discontinue a Portion of Town Road, Resolution No. 2016-xx, for approval from the Board, to vacate a right of way on the Plat of Big Lake Park. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to set a hearing date for April 12, 2016, at 7:00 pm, to approve Resolution No. 2016-xx Resolution to Discontinue Portion of Town Road. Carried-unanimously.
Road Maintenance/Maintenance Garage Update: Snow plowing continues as needed. Maintenance garage is on hold until better weather.
New Property Maintenance Ordinance – Set Hearing Date: Motion made by Gullickson/Stroebel to set a hearing date of April 12, 2016, at 7:00 pm to approve a new Property Maintenance Ordinance and numerous updates on existing ordinances. Carried-unanimously.
Dog Issues on Nokomis Drive: Owner of dogs still needs to get them licensed and has until March 31, 2016.
Residence Issues at 1827 93rd Avenue: Board is going to table matter until Property Maintenance Ordinance is addressed in April.
Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the February 9, 2016, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to adjourn meeting, 7:35 pm. Carried-unanimously.
