Meeting called to order by Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Road Construction Update TRI Grants & Sunrise Beach Boat Landing: Sunrise Beach Boat Landing construction is looking great and coming along. Board talked about installing a concrete vault toilet at Sunrise Boat Landing.
Board gave an update on the TRI Grant process.
Planning Committee Update – Approve Zoning Ordinance Change: For the health of the lake, proposed changes allow cars to be parked on the renter’s property with one space available for each bedroom. The parking would no longer need to be on an impervious surface. Motion made and seconded to approve the change. Carried-unanimously.
Issue Concerning 112th Avenue Mobile Home: Discussion.
E-Pay for Boat Landings: Discussion.
Rooming House Applications – Mark & Jamie Callies, Jared Everts: Motion made and seconded to update the permit to cover rooming houses and assess a $50 fee for applicants. Carried-unaniomously.
Set Budget & Levy Hearing Date: Motion made and seconded to set Budget and Levy Hearing on November 14, 2023, at 7:00 pm.
Letter to Osborne Dog Kennel: Board would like to get Darel Hall, Animal Humane Officer, in to see what the Town can do. Board will also send a letter to owner informing them of the Town’s noise ordinance.
Other Business That May Come Before the Board: Clerk submitted five new operator license applicants for approval. Motion made and seconded to approve the submitted operator licenses. Carried-unanimously.
A representative from the Lake Wapogasset/Bear Trap association requested a letter from the Town detailing support and contributions to the boat cleaning project. Town will send support letter for excavation, labor, and assist with construction in spring in an amount of $2200 in kind support. Lake Association will take care of maintenance and pumping of the boat cleaning machine. Town needs to draw up a land use agreement when the grant is approved.

Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made and seconded to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made and seconded to approve the October 10, 2023, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
