Meeting called to order by Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Road Construction Update: Grid 90th Ave from Kelzer’s to Smith’s that approximately quarter mile. Prep work on 155thStreet south of Kennedy Mills needs to done. Sunrise Beach and the drainage issue on Lone Pine Lane need to be addressed. Chip sealing on some of the roads.
The consideration for a bridge at the Park needs to be taken to the engineer. Playground base needs to be looked into along with the age of the playground equipment. Board commented that the park funds can be used towards the upgrade of the playground in the future but for now just clean them up.
Request for Residential Business Permit: Nate Kitzis presented to the Board his proposal to have a residential business. Board asked questions and stated that his property is zoned residential. Dave Nelson, Planning Committee Chair, stated that this would be a conditional use permit. Kitzis stated that he has talked with majority of the neighbors about this matter. Board stated that Kitzis needs to bring this matter before the Planning Committee.
Complaint on RV Residence (Used for Living): No action tonight.
Planning Committee Update – Junk Ordinance: Motion made and seconded to approve the submitted Junk Ordinance. Carried-unanimously.
Mobil Home Issue on 112th Avenue: No action tonight.

Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made and seconded to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made and seconded to approve the February 13, 2023, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made and seconded to adjourn meeting, 8:00pm. Carried-unanimously.
