Secretary’s Minutes
Meeting of 2/11/10
The meeting was called to order at 7:05 p.m.
In attendance: Orval Johnson, Chairman; Gordon Lindahl, Member; George Stroebel,
Member; Marilyn Buckingham, Member; Ed Moersfelder, Member; Sylvan Erickson,
Secretary; Nolan Wall, Planner from Stevens Engineers.
Absent: Mark Kopp, Member
There was no public comment.
We discussed previous revisions and made further revisions of Article 2: Definitions of
the Town of Garfield Zoning Ordinance – DRAFT and Article 3: Zoning Districts of the
Town of Garfield Zoning - DRAFT. The bulk of the meeting was spent on this
discussion.
A motion was made to recommend to the Town Board that as soon as a date and time is
set for a Public Meeting or Hearing to consider an ordinance, that the date and time of
that meeting or hearing be published on the Town of Garfield web-site. [Ed/Marilyn]
Motion passed.
These minutes were read and approved at the end of the meeting. [Gordon/Marylin]
