Town Of Garfield Planning Commission Minutes
of September 11, 2008
The Minutes of 8/14/08 were read and approved as presented. [Gordan/Marilyn]
We reviewed the Developer’s Agreement line by line. It is primarily applicable to major
sub-divisions, but will work for minor sub-divisions as well. The committee will continue
to review the agreement and a motion will be made to accept or recommend the
agreement to the town board at a later date.
We reviewed changes to the impact fees.
We tabled discussion of the Impementation Matrix.
The next meeting will be October 9th.
The public hearing will take place on October 20th.
Sarah McCurdy will be invited to come discuss zoning some time after the public
hearing.
Each member should review the land use module.
Meeting adjourned at 9:00 p.m.
