Meeting called to order at 7:03pm.

Absent: Barry Eklund, Member; Corey Ulrich, Member
No Public Comment
Consider division of property for Duane and Barbara Friese at 1301 105th Ave. This would be contingent on the zoning change being approved by the county board. (Lot 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 61, Vol. 3, P. 108, and part of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 11, T33N, R17W): Motion to approve application for subdivision and recommend Town Board approval (Emerson/Kopp) unanimously carried.
Review Polk County draft zoning ordinance and how it will affect our zoning ordinance: Tabled.
Discuss procedure for rezoning application: Discussion.
Outdoor entertainment discussion: Tabled.
Do we want a periodic list of the permits issued by the clerk? Need more information.
Next Plan Commission Meeting: None scheduled at this time.
