No Public Comment
Review application for Minor Subdivision for Duane Friese (Lot 3 of Certified Survey Map No. 61, Vol. 3, P.108, and part of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 11, T33N, R17W): No action taken; tabled until Carl brings it back.
Review application for Minor subdivision for Jason Dario (Lot 1 of the plat of Sunrise Beach and part of Gov’t Lot 4, Section 23, T33N, R17W): Motion to approve to subdivide existing lot into proposed Lot 1, Lot 2, and Outlot 1 (Eklund/Strobel) Carried unanimously.
Next Plan Commission Meeting: July 25 at 7pm.
