Garfield Town Board Meeting
April 14, 2020

Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Road Updates – Kennedy Mill Culvert: Gullickson stated that the culvert below the dam at Kennedy Mill has washed out. County is aware of the issue with culvert and will help out where they can. DNR will be involved. B32 Engineering gave information on different culvert ideas and a preliminary design. Gullickson/B32 Engineering is still waiting on prices of culvert(s). Soil boring test will need to be completed.
Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to give B32 Engineering the approval to develop an engineer-ing plan and take the lead and get the permits, testing, and cost for the Kennedy Mill culvert project. Carried-unanimously.
Annual Meeting Discussion: Gullickson talked to the Town’s Association about the Annual Meeting. Most towns are still holding their meeting. The Association stated that only the financial statement needs to be on the agenda. The Town is still going to hold the Annual Meeting the 21st of April at 7:00 pm.

Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the April 14, 2020, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to adjourn meeting, 7:53 pm. Carried-unanimously.
