Garfield Town Board – Annual Meeting
April 21, 2020
Present: Chairman: Ed Gullickson

Annual Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Minutes of last annual meeting: Minutes from last year’s annual meeting were read. Motion made by George Stroebel/Don Mork to approve annual town minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Concerns: None.
Annual Statement:2019 Annual Statement was explained by Gullickson. Motion made by Don Mork/George Stroebel to approve the 2019 Annual Statement as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Allied Emergency Services: Mark Knutson, Fire Chief, submitted information on the total runs for the past year. The Department had approximately 347 runs.
The Department’s third station in Alden is completed and running.
The Department is cancelled annual Mother’s Day pancake breakfast. The annual spaghetti dinner at the Dresser station scheduled for April 18, 2020, was also cancelled.
Gopher Bounty: Motion made by Don Mork/Mark Knutson to keep the pocket gopher bounty at $3.00 per tail, no bounty on stripe gopher tails. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Don Mork/George Stroebel to adjourn annual meeting, 7:20 pm. Carried-unanimously.
