Meeting called to order by Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:05pm.
Public Comments: None.
Sandra & Glenn Stevermer Land Division: Planning Committee presented the land division information to the board. Motion made and seconded to approve the land division for the Stevermers. Carried-unanimously.
Summer Help Employment: Discussion. Ad will be put together.
TRI Grant Application: Board discussed the grant options that are available.
Planning Committee Update: Update was given to Board.
Closed Session to Discuss Employee Reviews: Board discussion. Open session: Board increased wages 3-5%, medical and retirement remained the same.
Other Business That May Come Before the Board: None.
Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made and seconded to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made and seconded to approve the February 13, 2024, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made and seconded to adjourn meeting, 8:20 pm. Carried-unanimously.
