Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:07 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Closed Session for the Purpose of Employee Reviews: Board discussed employees.
Reconvene Open Session: Board stated that they are happy with their performance. The employees will be getting a 3.5% raise at the first of the year. Board approved a $100 Christmas bonus.
Approval of Election Workers for 2023-2024: List submitted. Pam Ince stated she would be interested in becoming a chief inspector. Motion made and seconded to approve the list of election workers. Carried-unanimously.
Set Caucus Date: Caucus meeting set for January 10, 2023, at 7:00 pm with the regular board meeting to follow. Motion made and seconded to approve the set the caucus meeting for January 10, 2023, at 7:00 pm. Carried-unanimously.
Planning Committee Update – Junk Ordinance: Discussion regarding the junk ordinance on issues regarding the removal of the junk, what’s junk and what isn’t junk, etc. Other towns have junk ordinances and they seem to be working. Board will ask the Town’s attorney to come to the next meeting to explain issues and questions that arise.
Mobil Home Issue on 112th Avenue: Board review issue.

Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted via email, signed and approved prior to postponed meeting date. Motion made and seconded to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made and seconded to approve the December 20, 2022, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made and seconded to adjourn meeting, 8:00 pm. Carried-unanimously.
