Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Road Construction Update: 120th Avenue from 150th Street to Kennedy Mill Avenue was pulverized and shouldering done. Culverts are being replaced on 155th Street and 90th Avenue.
Garfield Park Fencing: Fencing will start to be installed on Wednesday.
Road Blacktopping Bids: Only one bid was received. Sealed bid from Monarch was received and opened at Board meeting. Bid was for $470,976.76. Motion made and seconded to approve the bid from Monarch for blacktopping. Carried-unanimously.
Planning Committee Update: Dave Nelson gave the Board an update on the ordinances that are being updated. Board is waiting for County approval on the updated/revised zoning ordinance.
Request to Approve Lot Issue on Big Lake: Motion made and seconded to approve the easement of the encroachment of the garage at 612 Big Lake Court. Carried-unanimously.
Sunrise Beach Boat Landing Grant Application: Grant application is in progress.

Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made and seconded to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made and seconded to approve the August 9, 2022, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made and seconded to adjourn meeting, 7:40 pm. Carried-unanimously.
