Meeting called to order by Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: Liz Seiben offered her thanks to the board for working with her on changes to the noise ordinance.
Final Review of Noise Ordinance: Motion made and seconded to adopt the noise ordinance with the changes that were made to measure sound at the property line of the party with the complaint and giving the alleged offender a 7 day grace period before enforcement. The noise ordinance will not go into effect until June 1, 2022.
Road Construction Update: No updates at this time.
Federal & State Road Construction Grant: 3 applications for 3 different roads – 90th Ave (2 miles), 80th Ave (1/2 mile) and 155th (from Kennedy Mill to 70th). This is a federal grant that is applied for through the state of Wisconsin. It is a program that will help towns pay for roads 80/20 and would cover approximately up to $2.7 million of road construction.
Sunrise Beach Boat Landing Plan: There is a recreational facilities grant through the state of Wisconsin that offers a 50% cost share. There is work to be done before this application can be submitted. The deadline to apply is June 1, 2022. It was moved and seconded to authorize B32 Engineering to go ahead with a grant application.
Park Fence: The fence at Garfield Park is failing. Estimates on a vinyl fence with a 15 year lifespan are $33,000 and a lifetime wood patterned concrete fence about $70,000.
Approval of Operator Licenses: None submitted.
Planning Committee Update: They are finalizing a short term rental clause in the zoning ordinance that will go along with the Polk County ordinance.

Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made and seconded to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made and seconded to approve the April 12, 2022, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made and seconded to adjourn meeting, 7:50 pm. Carried-unanimously.
