Minutes of last annual meeting:  Minutes from last year’s annual meeting were read.  Motion made by Dave Nelson/Don Mork to approve the annual meeting minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.

Concerns:  None.

Annual Statement:  2020 Annual Statement was explained by Gullickson.  Gullickson explained the cost and the State grant of replacing the Kennedy Mill culvert.  Motion made by Dave Nelson/Vi Nelson to approve the 2020 Annual Statement as submitted.  Carried-unanimously.

Road Concerns:  120th for half mile from Kennedy Mill west to 150th; 155th Street north of County Road K to 70th Avenue; half mile on 85th Avenue (Duck Lake Road); and 90th Avenue from Highway 65 to 155th Street.  These roads are in need of repair and the Town is working on trying to get these roads done.

Allied Emergency Services:  Mark Knutson, Fire Chief, submitted information on the total runs for the past year.  The Department had approximately 369 runs which were up from previous year.  The fire department covers approximately 135 square miles in the towns of Osceola, Garfield, most of Alden, and the Village of Dresser.  The Department has 61 responding members for fire/rescue and medical emergencies and has a junior firefighter program.  Allied is always looking for new members.  The ISO rating (insurance company ratings) has gone up which saves residents money on their insurance.
