Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Any Other Business That May Come Before the Board: None.
Review of Minor Subdivision for Mark Crea: No appearance or information. Matter tabled to next month.
Road Maintenance: Repairs on equipment are almost done. Impact fees for 2017 were applied to road construction.
Closed Session for Purpose of Employee Reviews: Board went into closed session for discussion.
Reconvene in Open Session for Approval of Performance and Merit Reviews: Board reconvened. Board approved raises for employees; Mark Knutson was raised to $25.05 and Dave Campbell was raised to $19.50.
Approval of Operator’s License: Application for Allison Curry was submitted. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the Operator’s License for Allison Curry. Carried-unanimously.
Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made by Stroebel/Gullickson to approve the February 12, 2018, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to adjourn meeting, 7:30 pm. Carried-unanimously.
