Garfield Town Board Meeting
August 14, 2018

Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Road Maintenance: Tree clearing in the right of way on Kennedy Mill Road is almost completed. Culverts will be replaced shortly.
By-Laws for Fire Association: Excavation for the new station will be started in the next couple of weeks. By-Laws have been approved and signed. Bids were opened and awarded for the new station in Alden.
Neighborhood Watch Lake Wapogasset: Joel Anderson talked about the Neighborhood Watch for around the Lake Wapogasset area and signs will be ordered. Lake Association will be in contact with Town Maintenance for installation. Town Board approves the Lake Association’s Neighborhood Watch.
Review of Planning Committee: Orval Johnson and Natalie Trudeau have resigned from the committee. Letters will go out to members regarding terms and positions.
Impact Fee Ordinance: A letter will be sent to Jason Kjeseth stating that he has not paid his impact fee for his new residence with a time frame of 10 days to pay.
Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the August 14, 2018 Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to adjourn meeting, 7:55 pm. Carried-unanimously.
