Garfield Town Board Meeting
September 12, 2017

Meeting called to orderby Supervisor George Stroebel at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: Mike Laughter questioned about First Street East on getting it fixed. Laughter questioned about the sewage smell on the south end of Minneapolis Street and if there is anything that can be done about it.
Bob and Judy Traynor asked if anything was needed or came up regarding the vacating the right-of-way of Prospect Avenue. Lisa Turek-Shay questioned about the vacating the right-of-way of Prospect Avenue and wanted to know more about it. Turek-Shay stated that the vacating would cause a hardship for them. Stroebel stated that all parties needed to come at the public hearing on October 10, 2017, at 7:00 pm.

Road Maintenance/Maintenance Building: No report.
Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the September 12, 2017, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to adjourn meeting, 7:45 pm. Carried-unanimously.
