Garfield Town Special Board Meeting
June 29, 2015

Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Gullickson had plans available for viewing. Lee Olson asked questions regarding getting prices from various contractors. Gullickson stated that the building will be squared off making it a complete rectangle instead of two different size rectangles that are connected. Gullickson stated that the plans would go out for bidding. Gullickson stated the various items that the building will have on or in it, e.g. spray insulation, windows, electric/lighting, concrete, floor heat. There would be roughly 8,480 square feet with an estimated cost of $340,000 – $360,000.
Motion made by Lee Olson/George Stroebel to approve the construction of a new maintenance building not to exceed $360,000. Carried-unanimously.
Approval of Special Board Minutes: Motion made by Rick Troff/George Stroebel to approve the June 29, 2015, Special Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Rick Troff/George Stroebel to adjourn meeting, 7:30pm. Carried-unanimously.
