Meeting was turned over to Dave Nelson to proceed with the caucus.

Motion made by Mark Knutson/George Stroebel to close the nominations for chairman. Carried-unanimously.
Clerk: Sue Knutson nominated by Ed Gullickson/Cindy Mork.
Motion made by Ed Gullickson/Don Mork to close the nominations for clerk. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer: JoAnne Erickson nominated by Joyce Gullickson/Mark Knutson.
Cindy Mork nominated by Don Mork/Pat Mork.
