Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Road Maintenance – Review of bid for 120th Ave: 138th Street is being stripped and gravel is being applied.
Review of Bid for Maintenance Building: Concrete: S&A Contracting, LLC of Amery bid was $129,470 including the ridged foam. Western Concrete of Amery bid was $103,848. Construction: RB Construction of Deer Park bid was $82,500. Material: Johnson Lumber of Siren bid was $147,629.26. The pricing and plans will be reviewed within five-seven days.
Motion made by Mork/Gullickson to seek a temporary construction loan from Bremer. Carried.
Maintenance Garage – Discussion on Final Layout: Discussion.
Appoint Building Chairman: Motion made by Gullickson/Mork to appoint Dave Nelson as Building Chairman. Carried.
Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Gullickson/Mork to approve submitted vouchers. Carried.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Monthly Board Minutes: Motion made by Gullickson/Mork to approve the August 11, 2015, Board minutes as submitted. Carried.
