Garfield Town Board Meeting
February 8, 2011

Meeting called to order by Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Minutes of last meeting: Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to approve Board minutes as
submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Public Comments: None.
Review of Bathroom Addition: Addition is coming along. Basement is finished. Railing is
done and ready to be installed. Walls are painted. Restroom is in working order. The doors
and trim will be installed this week.
Road Maintenance-Winter Expenses: Roads are looking good and there have been very
few complaints. For the months of Nov/Dec the Town used approximately 437 tons of
salt/sand.
Mailboxes-Inadequate or Improperly Installed: Final costs will be determined at the March
meeting. Issue is tabled until March board meeting.
February 12 WTA Meeting: WTA Meeting is in Cumberland on Saturday, February 12 @
8am.
Approval for Jake Ulrich to Attend WTA Dairy Meeting in WI Dells: No action taken.
Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to
approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Adjourn: Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to adjourn meeting, 7:23 pm. Carried-unanimously.
