Review Latest Revision of the Property Maintenance Ordinance: Discussion. Review draft at next meeting.
Discuss Proposed Husbandry Ordinance: Motion to recommend to Town Board to choose option B “Total Opt
Out” (Emerson/Kopp) Carried unanimously.
Review the Implementation Element of the Comprehensive Plan: Discussion.
Begin to Update the Needs Assessment for Impact Fee: Discussion.
Discuss Possible Change in the Zoning Ordinance Concerning Storm Water Maintenance: Discussion.
Next Plan Commission Meeting: December 7th at 7pm.
