Meeting Minutes
November 8, 2012
Meeting called to order at 7:05pm
In attendance: Orval Johnson, Chairman; Barry Eklund, Member; Mark Kopp, Member ; George Stroebel, Member; Natalie Trudeau, Member; Corey Ulrich, Member; Nolan Wall, Planner with Stevens Engineering
Absent: Darrell Emerson, Member
Also in Attendance: Shannon and Todd Fulton
Public Comments: The Fultons wish to get a variance in order to go with the county setbacks for their building instead of the Town’s setbacks. The Plan Commission is deferring the issue to the Board of Appeals. After lengthy discussion, the Plan Commission is recommending that a flow chart of the procedure be drawn up in order to avoid future confusions.
Review revision to Dog Ordinance: Motion to move the ordinance forward with proposed changes for Public Hearing (Eklund/Kopp); carried unanimously.
Review revisions to Citation Ordinance: Motion to forward the ordinance with recommendations from Dan Hooverman for Public Hearing (Eklund/Kopp); carried unanimously.
Set Date for Public Hearing for the Ordinances: December 13th at 7:00pm. Plan Commission meeting to follow.
