Carl Hetfeld has an application for a Minor Subdivision for Duane Friese to divide his present lot into two lots.
Carl also has an application for a Minor Subdivision for Jason Dario to divide his property into 2 lots and 1 outlot. This property is in Government lot 4 Section23 T 33 R 17
Discussion of what is next for our Plan Commission.
