7PM Open public hearings on ordinances to be eliminated or revised.

  Each ordinance will have a public hearing.

The ordinances are as follows.

• Consider repealing two outdated ordinances regarding building permits.
• Consider repealing Administrative Building Permit Issuance Ordinance. (adopted 1997)
• Consider repealing Ordinance Prohibiting Dumping and Storage of Deleterious Materials. (adapted 1976)
• Consider repealing Ordinance Regulating Landfills.(undated)
• Consider amending Ordinance 3-2010, Article 4, and Section F regarding Non- Conforming Uses.
• Consider amending Ordinance 3-2010, Article 5, Section B regarding road damage deposits
• Consider amending Ordinance1-2010, Section F regarding road damage deposits.
• Consider amending Ordinance 5-2004, regarding road damage deposits for multiple permits at the same address.

Call Plan Commission meeting to order.

Time for public comments.

The Plan Commission will consider the comments from the public and recommend to  the Town Board.

Review sample Ordinances concerning sand mining.

Read and approve minutes of the meeting.
