Garfield Town Board Meeting
December 11, 2012

Meeting called to orderby Chairman, Ed Gullickson, at 7:00 pm.
Public Comments: None.
Website Discussion: Website will be getting updates posted.
Discussion of Fee Schedule: Gullickson received a couple phone calls regarding dog ordinance. Some residents were concerned that the dog ordinance was going to be removed, Gullickson stated that the Board was revising ordinance to include new fees and animal control officer.
Set Caucus Date: Caucus date to be held on January 8, 2013, at 6:00 pm with regular monthly board meeting to follow. Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to approve caucus date of January 8, 2013, at 6:00 pm.
Equipment and Truck Storage Agreement: Gullickson will notify Board of additional cost of insurance for the storage of town equipment.
Clerk’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Vouchers: Submitted, signed and approved. Motion made by Stroebel/Gullickson to approve submitted vouchers. Carried-unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report: Submitted and reviewed.
Approval of Board Minutes: Motion made by Stroebel/Mork to approve the December 11, 2012, Board minutes as submitted. Carried-unanimously.
Adjourn: Motion made by Mork/Stroebel to adjourn meeting, 7:30 pm. Carried-unanimously.
